Description

Creamy lobster, crab, and shrimp stuffed shells baked to golden perfection for a memorable dinner.


Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster, crab, shrimp, ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the seafood filling into each cooked shell and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and drizzle with heavy cream.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your rich and creamy seafood stuffed shells.

Notes

Use lump crab for the best texture. Substitute mascarpone or cream cheese for extra richness. Consider adding lemon zest to the filling for enhanced flavor.
