Ingredients
- 1 pound macaroni
- 2 cups pulled pork
- 3 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and whisk in flour to create a roux.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine the cooked macaroni, pulled pork, mustard powder, salt, and pepper with the cheese sauce.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
