Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed crackers (e.g., Ritz)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
