Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup honey
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan.
- Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce and honey.
- Pour the BBQ mixture over the chicken in the pan.
- Add the rice and chicken broth, stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.
