Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (for salsa)

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken in the cilantro lime mixture for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- While the chicken is grilling, combine avocado, tomato, red onion, lime juice, and salt in a separate bowl to make the avocado salsa.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the grilled chicken topped with avocado salsa.
