Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breast (1 inch thickness)
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan
- 1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 lbs red potatoes (cut into halves)

- 1 lb fresh green beans (with ends cut)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all the potato ingredients in a bowl, then spread them over one-third of the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes have a crisp exterior.
- Mix the chicken ingredients in the same bowl and coat the chicken well.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and add the chicken to it.
- Toss the green bean ingredients and add them to the pan as well.
- Continue baking for around 25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Broil the potatoes on high for 4-5 minutes for extra crispiness, if desired.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Use high-quality chicken and fresh vegetables for best flavor. Fresh breadcrumbs yield better texture than stale ones.
