Description

Delicious Greek Chicken Wraps filled with marinated chicken, fresh vegetables, and tangy tzatziki sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 Pita bread or wraps
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 Red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Let it rest before slicing.
  3. Prepare the vegetables: Slice the cucumber, tomato, and red onion.
  4. Assemble the wraps: Take a pita bread or wrap, layer with sliced chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Add tzatziki sauce: Drizzle tzatziki over the ingredients in the wrap.
  6. Roll or fold the wrap tightly and serve immediately.

Notes

Marinate the chicken longer for more flavor; use high-quality olive oil for the best taste.
