Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 4 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the beef stew meat and season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
