Description

A creamy, comforting chicken dish made with ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and cheddar, perfect for busy weeknights and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Add cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 7 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks and stir to combine the cream cheese.
  6. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  7. Serve topped with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.

Notes

For best results, warm the cream cheese at room temperature for 20 minutes so it blends easily. Ensure uniform cooking by using evenly sized chicken breasts.
