Description

This Dill Pickle Chicken Salad is a bright, tangy twist on the classic chicken salad, perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or a light lunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced dill pickles, Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), red onion, fresh dill, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.

Notes

For added creaminess, fold in a tablespoon of sour cream. Adjust the pickle ratio to keep the salad from becoming too salty.
