Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta

  2. Mix together the Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and chicken broth until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the Crock Pot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  5. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions about 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Shred the chicken in the Crock Pot and stir to combine with the sauce.
  7. Serve the creamy chicken mixture over a bed of angel hair pasta and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

Marinating the chicken in Italian dressing prior to cooking enhances the flavor. You can also add vegetables for a nutritious one-pot meal.
