Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked chicken (shredded or ground)
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 tablespoons milk or chicken broth
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 sandwich rolls or brioche buns
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium and add olive oil.
- If using ground chicken, cook until browned. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in Alfredo sauce and milk or broth.
- Mix in grated Parmesan and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Toast the buns on a hot pan.
