Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 8 corn or flour tortillas
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) if baking.
- Mix chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Lay tortillas on a flat surface and spoon the filling onto each.
- Roll them tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Alternatively, fry in hot oil until golden and crispy, flipping gently.
