Description

A versatile and easy-to-make breakfast frittata, perfect for using up leftover ingredients and adaptable to various tastes.


Ingredients

  • 4 large British Lion eggs
  • 50g/2oz mature Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Mushrooms to taste
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • A handful of chopped spinach
  • Fresh chopped herbs (basil, parsley, etc.)
  • Chopped green onion
  • A pinch of salt
  • Cream (amount as desired)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Line a deep 7-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly oil it.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and cream until just combined.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients, including a pinch of salt, and stir to blend evenly.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Cook in the air fryer until set, about 15-20 minutes, checking in the last five minutes.
  7. Serve hot, sliced into wedges or individual portions.
