Ingredients
- 1 pound beef (sliced thinly)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice (for serving)
Instructions
- Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes until bright green.
- Return the beef to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture and beef broth. Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and broccoli, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
