Description

A delightful combination of savory chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch in a baked tortilla, perfect for weeknights or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
  • ⅓ cup ranch dressing (plus more for drizzling)
  • 10–12 small flour tortillas (street-size)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray or melted butter (for brushing)
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Mix until well combined to create a flavorful filling.
  5. Warm the tortillas slightly in the microwave to make them easy to fold.
  6. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly into each tortilla and fold them over carefully.
  7. Arrange the tacos seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  8. Brush the tops with olive oil or melted butter.
  9. Bake uncovered for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the tortillas are crisp and the cheese is fully melted.
  10. Top with shredded lettuce and drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.

Notes

Avoid overfilling the tortillas to prevent spillage during baking.
