Description

A delightful dish combining tender chicken with a creamy, spicy sauce, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one filled with seasoned flour, another with beaten eggs, and a third with breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip it in egg, and then coat it with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the breaded tenders on a baking sheet and lightly spray them with olive oil.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and cooked through.
  6. Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create your dipping sauce.
  7. Serve the baked chicken tenders with the sauce for a delightful experience.

Notes

For a lighter alternative, Greek yogurt can be used instead of mayonnaise.
