Description

A delightful balance of savory and sweet flavors, this air fryer soy sauce chicken is simple to make and packed with amazing flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients, combining soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes to an hour.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, allow chicken to marinate overnight for deeper flavor. A meat thermometer can help ensure perfect doneness.
