Description

Bite-sized taco cups filled with seasoned beef, tomatoes with green chiles, and melted cheddar, perfect for game day snacks or quick weeknight treats.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and add the diced tomatoes and green chiles, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture into prepared bite-sized cups or tortilla chips.
  6. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
