Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and add the diced tomatoes and green chiles, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Spoon the beef mixture into prepared bite-sized cups or tortilla chips.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
