A quick and flavorful one-pan dish combining savory sausage with a sticky honey-garlic glaze and pasta, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or your favorite shape)
  • 1 pound Italian sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in honey and soy sauce, mixing well.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, do not overcook the pasta. Use room-temperature sausage for better browning. Adjust the sauce’s thickness with reserved pasta water as needed.
