Description
A quick and flavorful Greek Chicken Flatbread with marinated chicken, fresh vegetables, and creamy tzatziki.
Ingredients
2 flatbreads, soft and medium-thick
1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup cucumbers, diced
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup tzatziki or garlic yogurt sauce
Instructions
1. Marinate the chicken with lemon, garlic, olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
2. Grill or pan-sear the chicken over medium-high heat until fully cooked and slightly charred.
3. Warm the flatbreads briefly in a skillet or oven.
4. Spread tzatziki on each flatbread.
5. Top with sliced grilled chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and parsley.
6. Fold or serve open-faced and enjoy.
Notes
For extra flavor, drizzle olive oil before serving.
Use pickled onions for added acidity.
Toast the flatbread slightly for more texture.
