Ingredients

- Binder: cream soup, cheese, or yogurt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F to 375°F.
- Choose a protein and prepare it (shred, cook, or drain).
- Combine the protein with the binder in a bowl.
- Add selected vegetables and layer in a baking dish.
- Top with carbs (pasta, rice, etc.) and finish with cheese or breadcrumbs.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake until bubbly, then uncover to brown the top.
