Deliciously rich and fudgy brownies made with Nutella, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Nutella, eggs, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder until well mixed.
- If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
For perfect results, use room-temperature eggs and consider using an oven thermometer for accuracy. Chill brownies briefly before slicing for neat edges.
