Description

One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta delivers rich garlic flavor in one pot. It’s quick, creamy, and easy to make for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the pasta and milk to the pot, bringing it to a simmer.
  3. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, reduce the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Notes

Use a pot with enough room for the pasta to move. Stir every few minutes to prevent sticking. For a thicker sauce, add a splash of cream or reduce the milk slightly.
