Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups milk
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the pasta and milk to the pot, bringing it to a simmer.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is cooked, reduce the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Use a pot with enough room for the pasta to move. Stir every few minutes to prevent sticking. For a thicker sauce, add a splash of cream or reduce the milk slightly.
