Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup mashed ripe mango

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then fold in mashed mango.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour batter onto skillet, cooking until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
