Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

- Add the sliced onions and cook until softened.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
