Description

A fast, fresh homemade meal featuring juicy seasoned chicken, cool tzatziki, bright vegetables, and tangy feta on soft flatbread.


Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • Tzatziki sauce
  • Feta cheese
  • Cucumber (sliced)
  • Tomato (sliced)
  • Red onion (sliced)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) if toasting the flatbread.
  2. Season and cook the chicken breast in a skillet with olive oil, salt, and pepper until fully cooked (5–7 minutes per side).
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.
  4. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and spread tzatziki sauce over it.
  5. Top with sliced chicken, feta cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion.
  6. Optional: Toast the flatbread in the oven for a few minutes until the edges are crispy.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy your Greek Chicken Flatbread!

Notes

For a handheld style, fold the flatbread like a gyro. Serve with extra tzatziki on the side for dipping.
