Ingredients
- Flatbread
- Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- Tzatziki sauce
- Feta cheese
- Cucumber (sliced)
- Tomato (sliced)
- Red onion (sliced)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) if toasting the flatbread.
- Season and cook the chicken breast in a skillet with olive oil, salt, and pepper until fully cooked (5–7 minutes per side).
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and spread tzatziki sauce over it.
- Top with sliced chicken, feta cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion.
- Optional: Toast the flatbread in the oven for a few minutes until the edges are crispy.

Notes
For a handheld style, fold the flatbread like a gyro. Serve with extra tzatziki on the side for dipping.
