    •  cup grated Parmesan cheese

    • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

    • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

    • ¼ cup chopped green onions

    • 1 tablespoon butter

    • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

    • ½ cup skim milk

    • ½ (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

  • 1 tablespoon chopped pimento peppers


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet.
  3. Sear the chicken on both sides until golden.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  5. Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds.
  6. Pour in the cream and stir gently.
  7. Add Parmesan and let it melt into the sauce.
  8. Add spinach and let it wilt.
  9. Return the chicken to the skillet.
  10. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
