Ingredients
- 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1 pound Italian sausage (mild or spicy)

- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
