Delicious mini fudgy brownies topped with safe-to-eat cookie dough and chocolate chips, perfect for any celebration or late-night snack.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until well blended.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Spoon brownie batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
- Add a small dollop of chocolate chip cookie dough on top of the brownie batter.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the brownies are set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before topping with chocolate chips if desired.
- Allow to cool completely before removing from the tin and enjoy!
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute melted coconut oil for butter and use dairy-free chocolate chips. Chill the cookie dough before portioning.
