Description

Delicious mini fudgy brownies topped with safe-to-eat cookie dough and chocolate chips, perfect for any celebration or late-night snack.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until well blended.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
  5. Spoon brownie batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
  6. Add a small dollop of chocolate chip cookie dough on top of the brownie batter.
  7. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the brownies are set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before topping with chocolate chips if desired.
  9. Allow to cool completely before removing from the tin and enjoy!

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute melted coconut oil for butter and use dairy-free chocolate chips. Chill the cookie dough before portioning.
