A fun twist on classic flavors, Cheeseburger Egg Rolls combine the juicy filling of a cheeseburger wrapped in a crispy shell, making them perfect for parties or weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until cheese is melted.
- Place a spoonful of the filling onto an egg roll wrapper, fold, and seal edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
For baking, brush the rolls with oil and bake at 425°F for 12–15 minutes, turning once, until crisp and browned. Serve with ketchup, mustard, or a special dipping sauce.
