Description

A fun twist on classic flavors, Cheeseburger Egg Rolls combine the juicy filling of a cheeseburger wrapped in a crispy shell, making them perfect for parties or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until cheese is melted.
  3. Place a spoonful of the filling onto an egg roll wrapper, fold, and seal edges with water.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.

Notes

For baking, brush the rolls with oil and bake at 425°F for 12–15 minutes, turning once, until crisp and browned. Serve with ketchup, mustard, or a special dipping sauce.
